Kyle Zanetto is a builder, multiple business owner and Co-Founder of Future Builder Co. He is the Director of the nationally recognised award-winning construction firm Zanetto Builders.  Kyle was awarded Tasmanian Young Builder of the Year at the age of 30 and has been featured on The Local Project, Dream Homes Revealed Season 1 and 2, My Aussie Build and the Today Show. His 15 years of experience in the construction industry and willingness to help others has amassed the largest online construction following in Tasmania. On a mission raise the standard of the built environment he sits on the board for Master Builders Tasmania and hold memberships with the Master Builders, the Australian PassivHaus Association, Design Matters National and the HIA.

Luke Davies is a builder and co-founder of Future Builder Co. He's an author with vast experience in the architectural and construction industry, specialising in growing businesses and creating dream homes. Luke has worked in the field for 23 years, and has built over $100 million worth of custom home projects. He holds a Tasmanian builder's license, is a qualified carpenter/joiner, a certified Passivhaus tradesperson, and has a diploma in building and construction. He started six companies in the industry, including the award-winning Davies Construction with over 50 industry awards for excellence, and he invests in multiple other companies and property developments.
